Snoqualmie Tunnel

Exactly 26.2 miles from my door to the Hyak water fountain. Learning how to ride in the rain. Wetted out jacket and socks very quickly. Shivering at the top of the pass but mostly okay this side of the tunnel with lobster gloves. Toes got a little numb. Need some kind of visor to keep rain off the glasses. Brought a light this time but tunnel is just as creepy as the creepiest horror movie I’ve ever seen. There was a blood curdling scream while I was in the middle which turned out to be a couple kids but if their goal was to freak me out they succeeded.
