SBT GRVL

Mostly great weather with only an hour or so of scorch. Great gravel, mostly champagne with a few ever so slightly spicy descents and one ascent. Only stopped at the 60 mile aid station because they were pretty chaotic. Great day with Travis Hampton! Official time 6:42. Only my 10th real ride of the season lol but managed to land in the top half at least. 115 grams of CHO per hour! I think that's the most I've ever successfully put down so maybe the bike is the best way to gut train.
