First race, quite happy with it! Beautiful course and perfect weather. Ran within a block of my old place in Old Town Nederland. The first downhill was some flowy singletrack that might have been my favorite 2 miles of running all summer. Skipped the first aid station but probably should have eaten something. Amazing how different pacing feels when you're surrounded by other people - but I spent most of the back half alone.
