Turnpike Troubadours in my ears, a book in my jersey pocket, and a feast for the eyes. Surprisingly rugged at the top, the Grizl was made for “gravel” like this. One headwall was so steep and rocky and loose I was proud of myself just to make it up. Mostly easy though. Ending a a coffeeshop in Crested Butte, doesn’t get better than this.
